We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who is wired for outbound hunting. This isn’t an entry-level BDR role, it’s a front-line sales position for someone who’s hungry to master outbound strategy, create pipeline from scratch, and grow into a quota-carrying AE.
You’ll work in a high-velocity, dynamic environment where adaptability, resilience, and intensity are table stakes. If you thrive in fast-paced sales cultures and want to help shape the future of Stay AI, we want to talk.
In a typical day, you might:
- Own your outbound motion: prospect, write, and launch custom cadences across email, phone, and Linked In
- Make 50+ cold calls per day to DTC operators (typically heads of marketing, retention, or operations)
- Research and prioritize top-tier Shopify brands that match our ICP
- Write messaging that cuts through noise
- Push qualified meetings to AEs with context that accelerates close…
