• Drive new business development and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Review project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive bids
• Collaborate with our project teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Monitor market conditions and maintain competitive pricing strategies
• Serve as the primary client contact during bidding and pre‑construction phases

• 5+ years of experience in construction sales, estimating, or related role
• Strong understanding of construction processes and costs
• Proven track record in securing contracts and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical documents
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Detail‑oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills

• Consistently meeting or exceeding bid success rate targets
• Maintaining high estimation accuracy
