Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-driven, solutions-oriented Project Manager to lead custom residential builds from late-stage pre-construction through completion and handover. Reporting directly to executive leadership and the Director of Operations, this role serves as the central manager for field operations, client relations, architectural partners, and trade subcontractors.
Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee assigned luxury residential construction projects from early pre-construction handoff through final punch list.
Direct and support field superintendents to ensure job site safety, quality assurance, and schedule adherence.
Transition projects from pre-construction into construction phases by collaborating on preliminary budgets, attending early-stage client consultations, and managing formal handovers.
Serve as the primary, professional point of contact for clients, architects, and design consultants.
Manage job finances and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
Monitor critical path schedules, material deliveries, and site logistics to maintain project timelines.
Field & Project
Experience:
3-5 years managing high-end custom residential or complex commercial construction projects.Technical Proficiency:
Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP construction documents.Software
Skills:
Proficiency with Procore is required; experience with Bluebeam, Excel, and Google Workspace preferred.Operational Leadership:
Proven ability to manage site superintendents, coordinate trade contractors, and enforce rigorous quality standards.Communication & Mindset:
Highly organized, proactive, client-facing professional with strong leadership capability, humility, and a team-first attitude.
