We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check‑in and check‑out experience while providing exceptional service.

• Greeting and assisting guests with check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations in a warm and efficient manner.
• Secure payments, verify billing details, and process adjustments as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and implement creative solutions to exceed expectations.
• Uphold brand standards and company policies while ensuring a welcoming and well‑organized front desk environment.

• A positive, problem‑solving mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.
