Position: FRONT DESK/INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage scheduling, check in/check out, and patient communication
  • Verify dental insurance benefits and coordinate claims
  • Support the front office team with daily administrative needs
  • Learn and grow in dental systems, insurance, and patient care coordination.
Qualifications

Dental front desk or insurance experience is preferred, but NOT required.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
