As an Outpatient Neurologist at Park City and Heber Valley Clinics, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will establish a practice and bring general neurology care to the two neighboring communities. You will have on‑campus access to specialists in cardiology, pain management, orthopedic surgery, PM&R, neurology rehabilitation, ENT, audiology, sleep, gastroenterology, endocrinology, concierge primary care, and psychiatry, and you will be part of Intermountain Canyons Region Neurosciences Service Line.

• Practicing at Park City Clinic in Park City, Utah and Heber Valley Specialty Clinic in Heber City, Utah
• Four‑days per week in clinic (split between the two locations; day off to be determined) and dedicated admin time
• Standard clinic hours
• No hospital call; covering after‑hours call for your own patient panel
• Subspecialty interest welcome
• Position may include sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance, stipend while in training, and student loan repayment when applicable. Affordable housing options also available in the near future.

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Residency training in neurology
• Board certification or eligibility in neurology
• Active, unobstructed Utah and Idaho medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
