Admissions Director – ROOTs Transition (Onsite, Park City, UT)
Are you passionate about helping families take the first step toward healing and growth? ROOTs Transition is seeking an
Admissions Director
who combines empathy, organization, and leadership to guide families through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
At ROOTs, we support adolescent girls in building resilience, confidence, and connection. The Admissions Director is often the first voice families hear — someone who balances compassion with clarity, creating a seamless, supportive admissions experience.
ResponsibilitiesLead the Admissions Journey
- Oversee the full admissions process — from first inquiry to arrival day.
- Review psychological and academic documentation to ensure appropriate placement.
- Coordinate case reviews with clinical leadership and communicate decisions with care and professionalism.
Be the Bridge
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with families, therapists, and educational consultants.
- Host virtual and on-campus tours that help families feel the ROOTs difference.
- Personally welcome each new family on enrollment day — organizing tours, introductions, and first impressions that matter.
Bring the Details Together
- Coordinate enrollment logistics, maintain census data, and keep marketing materials and program swag organized.
- Support insurance coordination and documentation alongside our Bridgeway partners.
Represent ROOTs Beyond Campus
- Attend professional conferences, plan outreach trips, and build relationships with educational consultants nationwide.
- Keep our marketing presence and outreach materials fresh and aligned with our mission.
- Partner with leadership, operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth communication and exceptional client experiences.
- Participate in weekly leadership and departmental meetings, contributing to ROOTs’s culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in mental health or related field).
- At least2 years
of experience working with youth;1 year
in a residential treatment center setting. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (within 30 days of hire).
- Experience working with adolescent females is a plus.
