• Provide high‑quality massage therapy services tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand concerns and preferences.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Valid Massage Therapist license and required state certifications.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in esthetics.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Current certification and registration in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a client‑centered approach.
• Experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire a team.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Passion for wellness and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work days, early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
