. For those who seek the best, there's only Stein. Stein Eriksen Lodge is an authentic European lodge nestled mid-mountain at the acclaimed Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Named after Norwegian Olympic Gold Medal skier Stein Eriksen, the Lodge is known as a premiere year-round destination.
Hotel guest liaison; must ensure that all guest requests are met in a timely and sufficient manner; information agent for area activities/events. A concierge must apply patience, tact, and resourcefulness in meeting the many and varied demands of our guests.
Essential Functions- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible
- Serves as information agent for hotel guests and handles their needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Knowledge of the Park City and surrounding area and points of interest
- Maintain complete and informative log books
- Make and confirm dining reservations for all hotel guests
- Maintain communication with all Hotel departments
- Demonstrate a friendly, professional attitude with all guests as well as fellow employees
- Acknowledge owners and previous guests as appropriately as possible
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
