Summary

To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the Residences. Assist with luggage and driving requests from guests. Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Essential Functions:

• Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Effectively and seriously respond and deal with the guests needs and requests
• Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding area’s attractions and points of interests.
• Assist guests at check-in and checkout. Tag, store, and distribute baggage.
• Orient guests to the Residence Club and facilities.
• Show rooms and property to visitors.
• Chef prepared meals daily in our cafeteria, at no cost to you
• On site heated garage for employee parking
