* About the role:

** Valet technicians are the face of Ski Butlers at our on-site hotel service center locations. This role aims to provide a seamless experience for all hotel guests using the hotel’s skier services. From arrival to departure, valet technicians' welcome guests to the resort, store their equipment for daily use, work with hotel team members and create a genuine, personal hospitality experience unlike any other.

* Primary Responsibilities:

** Uphold brand standards through exceptional customer service while meeting our Key Customer Requirements: KCR #3:
Equipment – choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort

Assist guests with relevant information regarding resort operations, meeting areas, on-site hotel amenities, transportation and local mountain town knowledge

Enhance the overall skier experience
