WHO ARE YOU?

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a Public Area Attendant. The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas within the hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable environment throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other communal spaces, according to established standards and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust public areas regularly to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and polish fixtures, furniture, and decorative items in public areas to ensure a well-maintained and attractive appearance.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Monitor and replenish supplies, such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials, in public restrooms and other areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests courteously and professionally.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
