Job Summary:

Main & Sky is seeking a detail‑oriented and dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, welcoming, and sanitary environment for members and guests. This role focuses on the upkeep of the on‑site residential units and various guest amenities throughout the property.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain hygiene and appearance
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately
• Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and equipment
• Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
• Follow proper procedures for the use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
• Support other housekeeping staff and assist with laundry or deep cleaning when required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience, preferably in hospitality settings
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings or evenings, based on clubhouse needs
