• Greet all guests at the pool area with a warm, friendly welcome.
• Prepare and arrange towels, sun loungers, and amenities for guest comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck, lounge area, and facilities throughout the day.
• Assist guests with basic poolside requests, such as setting up chairs or offering refreshments.
• Monitor the supply of poolside amenities and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Ensure used towels are collected and fresh ones are readily available at all times.
• Support the wider service team by communicating guest needs and preferences.

• Friendly, approachable, and guest-oriented personality.
• Able to work independently and stay proactive in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic communication skills in English.
