East Village Custodial Supervisor

Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The East Village Custodial Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the hiring, training, scheduling, supervision, and supply ordering for the janitorial services operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train all lodge attendants and lodge attendant crew leaders at our East Village facility
- Supervise the staff and delegate duties as appropriate
- Help develop weekly staff schedule based on expected volume of business
- Maintain a departmental log with a record of work accomplished, staff attendance, and performance notes
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and review time records
- Conduct an inventory of wares and furnishings at your lodge and order new supplies as needed
- Report failures or problems with departmental equipment to building maintenance
- Assist food & beverage management in any matters as requested
- Conduct a daily review of building cleanliness and properly set guest space
- Drive between East Village Lodge and Snow Park Lodge daily
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 21+ year old
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Previous experience in food service or janitorial operations preferred
- Spanish speaking candidates preferred
- Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods of time
DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Winter 2026 - 27
PAY RATE:
- Pay: $26.00 per hour
