Why You’ll Love Working Here

At MRP, we’re built different – our mission is to redefine how the medical device sales industry operates. With the support of investors like the Huntsman Group, we’ve created teams that innovate, adapt, and drive real change. Here, every idea matters, every contribution is seen, and every team member has a direct connection to senior leadership. We’re not just changing an industry, we’re shaping its future.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from sourcing and procurement to delivery of parts and new devices from distributors, and used devices.
  • Oversee entire RMA and outside repair process for all products.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance. Source new vendors as required.
  • Develop inventory and materials management strategies and framework that balance cost and availability. Actively manage and monitor stock outs, purchase requisitions, fill rates, and inventory turns.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, and Biomedical Repair teams to ensure alignment, adherence to processes, and timely delivery of materials.
  • Analyze demand data and consumption rates to forecast and coordinate stock purchases daily, monthly, and quarterly. Design and streamline processes.
  • Actively “spot source” parts or items needed for repair or service operations.
  • Manage indirect purchasing process – from requisition to PO creation to fulfillment.
  • Identify risks, waste, and areas of improvement in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements to strengthen reliability and cost‑effectiveness.
Qualifications
