Join Heartstrings Pet Hospice & In-Home Euthanasia & Aftercare as an In-Home Veterinarian in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. Provide compassionate care to terminal pets and support families during end-of-life decisions. Enjoy flexible scheduling, minimal admin, and a mobile practice.

• Self-managed scheduling; 2‑5 days per week between 9 am‑5 pm
• Average 3‑4 in‑home appointments per day

• Provide in‑home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS).
• At least 1 year of veterinary practice experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs assisted.
• Capacity for repetitive physical tasks (walking, kneeling, bending, etc.).
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of driving.
• Excellent manual dexterity and fine‑motor skills.
