** PURPOSE OF POSITION:
** A Cook II is responsible for assisting the Sous Chef with preparation and presentation of daily menus, restocking, and serving selections at stations where lines develop during peak hours.
** VARIOUS RESTAURANT LOCATIONS AVAILABLE
**** RESPONSIBILITES:
*** Cook dishes according to recipes and develop new food selections in conjunction with the sous chef and executive chef
* Keep service lines clean, change pans as needed, and ensure food selections are well-stocked and appropriately garnished
* Ensure mise-en-place is in sufficient quantities for the day’s requirements
* Properly store and rotate food to ensure freshness and avoid waste
* Completed daily inventories
* Assist servers during busy times
* Other duties as assigned
*
* QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Previous cooking experience required
* Able to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry 25 – 50 lbs.
** DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:
*** Seasonal* Winter 2025-26
** PAY RATE:
*** Pay: $22.50 per hour
