Join an authentic European lodge at the acclaimed Deer Valley Resort. Our team delivers a premier year‑round dining experience.

Perform a wide range of culinary techniques to consistently execute menu specifications as designed by the Executive Chef. Produce "me en place" for all kitchen outlets and prepare food to the specifications requested by guests and the Executive Chef.

• Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner
• Consistently monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen, and equipment
• Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
• Maintain par levels determined by the Sous Chef
• Label and date products produced on a daily basis
• Follow menu specifications in a precise, efficient manner according to Executive Chef guidelines

• Perform work‑related duties as assigned
• Participate in department meetings

• Six months to one year in the food industry in a comparable role
• Professional appearance
• Food handler’s permit or sanitation certificate

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
