Reef is a Utah‑based vertically integrated investment and development firm founded in 2005. Reef’s team is involved in prominent development transactions across the United States. Reef has partnered with a restaurant group led by Chef Galen Zamarra to develop a 100‑seat brasserie and a French pastry & coffee shop (Union Patisserie).

The Barista will be responsible for the highest quality preparation and service of coffee‑based beverages and other specialty drinks, as well as the service of food items such as bread, pastries, salads and sandwiches.

• 1 year or more of prior barista experience is desired
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Professional espresso and coffee preparation knowledge & skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast‑paced and high‑volume environment

• Perform various physical movements throughout the work area
• Stand and walk for extended periods at the host stand and throughout the restaurant
• Endure changes of temperature between indoor and outdoor environments
