Position:The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager in increasing membership sales by attracting new members and booking them into demo classes. The role also involves retaining current members. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.
Requirements:- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Occasional travel may be required
- Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
- Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and understanding individual needs
- Maintain personal sales targets
- Promote the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present services to current and prospective members
- Book appointments to meet sales quotas
- Participate in events like health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community activities
- Develop selling skills continuously
- Perform other duties as assigned
