Nationwide Equities Corporation is looking for an experienced Mortgage Closer to join our team. We want someone who knows how to take ownership of a pipeline, solve problems, meet deadlines, and get loans closed, funded, and purchased.
What You’ll Do- Review and audit closing packages
- Coordinate with attorneys, settlement agents & loan officers
- Request and coordinate funding wires
- Upload closed loans for investor purchase
- Clear investor conditions
- Track recorded mortgages, deeds & final documents
- Maintain closing logs and loan status updates
- Keep loans moving and resolve issues before they cause delays
- 3+ years Mortgage Closing/Funding experience
- Forward & Reverse Mortgage experience preferred
- Knowledge of Co-ops, Condos & 1–4 Family properties a plus
- MERS, FHA Connection & UCD
- Strong organization, follow-up and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines
