As a Per Diem Certified Home Health Aide
, you’ll play an essential role in supporting clients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll help them stay independent, safe, and supported—while building meaningful relationships.

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance

We believe in supporting our caregivers so they can provide the highest quality care.

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience

• Valid NJ or NY HHA certification

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Physical exam completed within the last 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

• MMR vaccination within 10 years

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for many Westchester cases)
