Experience & Qualifications Needed- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 5 years of progressive experience in auto service
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team‑oriented and self‑motivated
- Able to work independently
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long‑term relationships.
- Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
- Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency and trust through timely communication.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
- Own the customer experience from drop‑off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track performance metrics such as sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
