You will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of high-impact heavy civil, industrial, and municipal infrastructure projects. • Oversee site operations across complex bridge, water treatment, and renewable energy builds.
• Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure strict adherence to project schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve field issues and maintain safety standards.
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and material management to control costs.
• Communicate directly with clients, subcontractors, and field crews to drive outcomes.
• Utilize dedicated tech packages to streamline job site reporting and workflow tracking.

• Open to entry-level candidates with strong foundational knowledge of construction principles.
• Ability to work onsite and manage day-to-day heavy civil construction activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a field setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2 years of experience in heavy civil, highway, or industrial construction.
• Familiarity with safety compliance, project scheduling, and structural engineering workflows.
