• Greet customers warmly and guide them through available car wash packages and membership options
• Actively promote and upsell membership plans, upgrades, and add-on services
• Process customer transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment around the facility
• Direct vehicle traffic and assist customers through the wash process
• Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner
• Meet and support daily sales goals and performance targets

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
• Previous retail, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
• Must be able to stand and remain active for extended periods
