• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child; maintain a clean, organized, interactive classroom.
• Observe, assess, plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• $16.75 – $17.40 hourly (position, education, experience); bi-weekly and daily pay options.
