DescriptionIndividuals interested in joining our team as an Assistant Director should possess strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and professionally with children, parents, and coworkers. Candidates must be organized, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, reliable, and able to lead in a fast‑paced, highly professional environment. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
Candidates must meet the Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation and have knowledge of Rule 3, childcare assistance, NAEYC, SEEDS, ez Write, STEAM and the High Reach curriculum. Candidates must be willing to work toward an associate or bachelor's degree in ECE.
