Our lead teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment. Teachers work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service. We use Wonder of Learning for our curriculum and Conscious Discipline for our social-emotional platform. COR Advantage is used to assess the students.

Our teaching philosophy is learn through play and inquiry. We can train you on our curriculum.

• Feel a sense of accomplishment as you experience the laughter and wonder of children participating in activities you planned
• Observe children’s interests and work with other teachers to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum
• Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions
• Engage with other childcare professionals and continue to grow in your profession
• Onsite support from the school’s owners to ensure you have the resources and support you need

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, or Child Development Associate (CDA), or EQIT and/or Pyramid Plus
• Minimum of Level 2 credential through Colorado Shines
• 2-3 years of previous lead teaching experience , with a strong foundation in classroom management
• Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
• Ability to calmly address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth school operations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
