Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Leasing Agent for an apartment property in Parker, CO! The ideal candidate will have experience in predominantly Accounts receivable roles with other accounting responsibilities.

• Welcome new guests and residents into the community
• Direct and take phone calls with entry of information into computer systems
• Signing paperwork regarding leases while walking through new residents
• Helping with service requests and connecting with other team members to complete tasks
• Helping with events on site for the community to help engage those living on the property
• Sales of apartments and customer service forward facing engagements

• Reliable transportation
• Attention to detail with results oriented mindset
• Weekend availability
• Prior experience in property management, retail sales or hospitality
• Positive, friendly attitude with a sense of humor
