At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum. Through our specialized approach, we empower these children to reach their full potential. Our methods draw from the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play‑based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to professional high standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.
• Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child’s progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up‑to‑date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.

• Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program; bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (paid training will be provided by Soar).
• Previous experience working with children and an enjoyment of working with them.
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center. Punctuality essential.
• Meet physical requirements: sit, stand, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods.

• Base hourly pay $21.00 - $28.00 with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
