Physical Therapist - Concierge / Consultant (Hybrid Travel + Virtual)
Full-time
New Orleans, LA – Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide concierge‑style consults for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on‑site travel. This role focuses on early intervention, first-aid-level evaluations, and clinical triage rather than traditional ongoing patient care. Ideal for a PT who values autonomy, flexibility, relationship‑building, and variety. Hybrid schedule with 25-33% travel, competitive salary, bonus potential, and full benefits.
Job Requirements:- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of LA.
- Must reside or plan to reside within 1 hour of the New Orleans Airport.
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
- 3+ years of experience
- Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred.
- Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness)
- Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership
- Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites
- OCS a plus
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
