• Client Support:
  Assist clients in selecting suitable insurance policies based on their individual requirements and preferences.
• Sales Generation:
  Actively promote insurance products to prospective clients and convert leads into loyal customers.
• Policy Management:
  Maintain accurate records of policies, process policy changes, and address client inquiries effectively.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies while conducting business ethically and responsibly.

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty License is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Parker, Colorado for on‑site work.
