From maintaining supplier relationships to managing inventory, minimizing work-in-process and aligning operations with the production schedule, supply chain managers at Parker are involved at each stage of the product lifecycle, and their contributions are directly related to the success of our business. For graduates seeking experience in management positions, Parker offers a 2 year rotational program that serves as an introduction to supply chain management. Leadership Development Associates will complete 6 month to 1 year assignments at various Parker divisions, gaining exposure to supplier development, logistics, production management and negotiations. Upon successful completion of the program, associates will be offered a supply chain role with one of Parker’s divisions.
