Studio Manager

Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a friendly, comfortable, spa-like atmosphere. We’re seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team in Parker. If you are confident, self-motivated, results-oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you.

Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands‑on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.

Working with guests. All the time. If you want a non‑selling “office” job, this isn’t it.

Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals. We care about results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.

Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.
