The Manager of Compliance at To The Rescue is responsible for implementing regulations for PASA and Class B Home Care operations and coordinating with CO department leaders to address vulnerabilities. You will lead during State Surveys, ensuring requested documents are delivered promptly.
You will oversee onboarding and initial training of new employees and independent contractors and ensure annual training compliance per HCPF, CDPHE, and Federal requirements, in line with TTR policy.
