Crown Point Surgery Center is hiring a Clinical Manager-Pre Op/PACU/GI to join our team!

As a Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. You will direct operations in Pre Op PACU/ GI, PAT, and SPD. Your leadership will drive successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state‑of‑the‑art surgical center.

You will direct, coordinate and control multidisciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment. You will also be responsible for interpreting, directing and evaluating nursing practice to promote safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Center.

• Direct operations in Pre Op PACU/ GI, PAT, and SPD.
• Ensure successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities for patient surgical interventions.
• Interpret, direct, and evaluate nursing practice to promote safe and efficient care.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing; must have RN license to practice in the state of CO.
• Three years of experience as a Perioperative Nurse.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center is a plus.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this position.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions; ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Annual salary range: $95,680 - $124,800 (depending on experience).
• $10,000 sign‑on bonus available for full‑time position.
