Crown Point Surgery Center is hiring a Clinical Manager-Pre Op/PACU/GI to join our team!
Job SummaryAs a Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. You will direct operations in Pre Op PACU/ GI, PAT, and SPD. Your leadership will drive successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state‑of‑the‑art surgical center.
You will direct, coordinate and control multidisciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention in a safe environment. You will also be responsible for interpreting, directing and evaluating nursing practice to promote safe, efficient and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Center.
- Direct operations in Pre Op PACU/ GI, PAT, and SPD.
- Ensure successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary activities for patient surgical interventions.
- Interpret, direct, and evaluate nursing practice to promote safe and efficient care.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing; must have RN license to practice in the state of CO.
- Three years of experience as a Perioperative Nurse.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
- Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center is a plus.
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities of a Staff Nurse are required for this position.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions; ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Annual salary range: $95,680 - $124,800 (depending on experience).
- $10,000 sign‑on bonus available for full‑time position.
- Monday‑Friday work schedule; no call required; no nights, weekends, or holidays.
