Job Description

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualification Requirements

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Associate’s of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD) – Accredited Issuing Body, Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range

$35.04 - $65.17
