Job Overview

Hourly Wage Estimate: $36.05 - $53.77 per hour.

We are seeking an Overnight PACU Nurse for our ambulatory surgery center who demonstrates the values of our company by caring like family. You will ensure safe and effective nursing care rendered postoperatively until the patient is dismissed from the facility.

Lincoln Surgery Center is located in Parker, Colorado. The AAAHC‑accredited center performs over 300 cases a month in colorectal, gynecology, GI, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry, urology, and urogynecology procedures.

• Prepare and maintain patient care area with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Demonstrate proper airway management techniques.
• Monitor patients according to policy (vital signs, temperature, cardiac, etc.).
• Perform proper insertion, maintenance, and removal of IV catheters and saline locks.
• Perform and document head‑to‑toe evaluation of patients using an approved scoring system.
• Check dressings and/or operative sites and report abnormalities to the surgeon.
• Provide a safe and comforting environment for patients and families.
• Ensure patients meet discharge criteria.

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• 1+ years nursing experience in a Pre‑op, PACU, ER, Med‑Surg or ICU setting; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.
• Active RN license as required by state of employment.
• BCLS certification upon employment (online certification not acceptable).
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
• PALS if required by facility within 30 days of hire.
