Your Role and Responsibilities
As an RN, you will:
- Assess patient needs and continuously revise care plans to meet changing conditions.
- Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Deliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact, promoting physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
- A current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- At least one year of skilled nursing experience (preferred).
- CPR certification upon hire, with the ability to maintain it throughout your employment.
