As a vital member of our skilled nursing environment, you will provide exceptional care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient well-being.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an RN, you will:

  • Assess patient needs and continuously revise care plans to meet changing conditions.
  • Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Deliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact, promoting physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
  • Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • A current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • At least one year of skilled nursing experience (preferred).
  • CPR certification upon hire, with the ability to maintain it throughout your employment.
