WSi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, but the team is also open to considering part-time nurses based on availability.
This is a strong opportunity for an RN with home health experience who is comfortable working independently in the field and completing Start of Care visits, recertifications, and clinical documentation.
ResponsibilitiesComplete Start of Care (SOC) visits and recertifications
- Perform patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in the home
- Review and complete required clinical documentation
Assist with chart review and ongoing care coordination - Communicate with the clinical team regarding patient needs and changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Flexible Scheduling - Great opportunity for part-time or PRN nurses seeking work-life balance
