Multi-Shop Merchandise Director –Pinery CC and The Club at Pradera The Buyer/Merchandiser is responsible for planning, purchasing, and managing retail merchandise across both of our club locations to maximize sales, profitability, and member satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of retail trends, member demographics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent brand standards, effective merchandising strategies, and optimal inventory performance across all clubs.
** Buying & Planning
*** Develop and execute seasonal buying plans aligned with club goals and member preferences.
* Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and member feedback to forecast demand and adjust purchasing strategies.
* Manage open-to-buy budgets, ensuring profitability and minimal excess inventory.
** Merchandising & Presentation
*** Create and maintain consistent merchandising standards across both clubs.
* Develop floor layouts and visual displays that reflect brand identity and drive sales.
* Partner with club managers to ensure proper product placement, signage, and promotional execution.
* Conduct regular site visits to each club to evaluate performance and presentation.
** Inventory Management
*** Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure product availability.
* Monitor stock performance and coordinate markdowns or transfers as needed.
* Utilize POS and inventory systems to analyze trends and reduce shrinkage.
** Collaboration & Reporting
*** Work closely with the operations and finance teams to meet revenue and margin goals.
* Provide regular sales reports, performance analyses, and recommendations for improvement.
