Overview

Waterway Carwash is recruiting Car Wash Detailers for our Meridian location to provide exceptional automotive exterior and interior cleaning services while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Hourly rate $20.00–$24.00; top earners over $24.00 per hour. Competitive rates and daily cash tips.

• Clean interior and exterior of customer vehicles to high standards based on selected wash package.
• Drive vehicles onto and off conveyor, program wash type, and send vehicle; shut off conveyor if obstructions present.
• Greet customers, assist customers into and out of vehicles, provide clear direction to customers, and alert management when cleaning of vehicle is complete.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment: pick up trash, sweep, hose visible areas, pull weeds, shovel snow, and salting customer areas.
• Wash and dry towels, carry buckets of towels to stations; fill and stock cleaning supplies.
• Dig car wash trench, sweep and hose backrooms/storage rooms as needed; clean wash equipment, windows, doors, and walls; empty trash cans and vacuum canisters.
• Follow Waterway policies, procedures, guidance, and instructions, especially those related to safety.
• Perform various other functions as identified and directed by management.

• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others.

Work outdoors year‑round; exposure to wide temperature variations, sunshine, wet weather, humidity, gasoline, exhaust fumes, machinery, and moving parts. Extended standing, bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, driving vehicles, reaching above and below shoulder level. Consistent physical effort in a fast‑paced environment with calm and professional disposition under pressure.

Fluently speak and understand English for business related communication.

Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance; work assigned schedule may be irregular and include weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays.
