Colorado Store Associate Year-Round at The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC
Join the #Ham Fam! We are looking for a friendly, dependable associate who can work flexible hours Monday–Saturday. Our stores open 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and are closed on Sundays.
What You'll Do- Assist phone, catering, in-store lunch, and retail customers providing excellent service.
- Assist with food preparation for lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features to drive add‑on sales.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Take initiative, stay productive throughout each shift, and take responsibility for activities within your control.
- Follow all processes, procedures, and company standards for service, food preparation, safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.
Good communication skills and attention to detail. Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred — experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a big plus.

Our Year‑Round Associate pay ranges from the state minimum wage to $16 per hour, depending on experience.
Other Things To KnowPhysical dexterity and mobility are required. Duties may involve hot torch work, bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting. Ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.
