Account Representative

Gavin Heath is partnering with a client in Parker, CO looking to add an Account Representative to their team. The role is a Direct Hire position.

Responsibilities
  • New Business Sales
    • Make outbound calls to generate leads for new customers
    • Work marketing events with the goal of making connections and gathering leads
    • Obtain information to quote policies for new business & schedule appointments to review quotes
    • Follow up on incoming leads (phone, web, referrals, etc.)
    • Follow Agency processes for best practices in quoting, quote reviews, and follow up
    • Onboard new business customer accounts
    • Ask for and follow up on customer referrals
    • Meet personal sales goals while working toward sales contest and agency goals throughout the year
  • Customer Service
    • Provide back-up customer service for policy changes, billing, etc. when Service Team Members are unavailable
    • Provide onboarding service to your recently onboarded accounts
  • Agent Support
    • Assist in preparing documents & quotes for Agent appointments as needed
Qualifications
  • Insurance Producer License in at least one of the Following Lines:
    Property, Casualty, Accident & Health, and Life
  • Proven track record of delivering white-glove customer service to high-net-worth clients while meeting sales or retention goals.
  • Strong consultative sales skills: ability to uncover needs, present tailored solutions, and close service-oriented opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication; comfortable with sensitive, confidential conversations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex client requests end-to-end with accuracy and urgency.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and elevate appropriately in a fast-paced, compliance-focused environment.
  • Client-obsessed mindset: anticipates needs, proactively follows up, and consistently seeks ways to add value.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence: remains calm, solution-focused, and professional under pressure.
  • Relationship builder: cultivates trust quickly and sustains long-term client loyalty.
  • Discretion and integrity: handles confidential client information with the highest level of professionalism.
