Overview

Leasing Consultants at Sequoia are all about making connections, whether it's helping customers find their perfect home or fostering a sense of community. Customers trust you because you listen to their needs and work diligently to find exactly what they’re looking for. You're quick to respond to questions, alleviate concerns, and ensure residents have everything they need for a smooth move‑in experience.

Even after the lease is signed, you remain the go‑to person and the welcoming face of the community, assisting with service requests, questions about rent, or simply joining in at resident events.

Your proactive approach and genuine care make all the difference.

• Prior experience in residential or commercial property management industry, retail sales, or hospitality

The compensation range for this role is $19 - $23 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.

This position also includes a $1,500 hiring bonus.
