The Pinery Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and safety-conscious Swim Instructor to join our aquatics team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to members of all ages and skill levels in a positive, engaging, and professional manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, and passionate about teaching water safety and swimming techniques in a private club setting.

• Conduct group and private swim lessons for children and adults
• Develop and follow structured lesson plans based on skill levels and goals
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers by maintaining vigilant supervision and enforcing pool rules
• Communicate progress and feedback with parents and participants
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment
• Assist with swim team practices, special events, or clinics as needed
• Serve as a positive role model and uphold the club’s values and standards of member service

• Previous swim instruction experience preferred
• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding (WSI certification is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for working with children and families

Pay Range: $14.81 - $26.00
