Accounting & Payroll Specialist

Manpower is recruiting for an experienced Accounting & Payroll Specialist for one of our established clients in the Parkersburg area. This is a full-time opportunity for an accounting professional with strong payroll, Quick Books, and Accounts Payable experience.

• Process payroll accurately and timely
• Perform Accounts Payable functions
• Maintain accounting records using Quick Books
• Assist with reconciliations and other general accounting functions
• Maintain accurate financial and payroll documentation
• Work closely with management on accounting and payroll-related needs

Applicants MUST have ALL of the following:

• 4-year Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Previous Quick Books experience
• Previous payroll processing experience
• Previous Accounts Payable (A/P) experience

• Union payroll experience, strongly preferred
• Previous accounting experience within the construction industry

• $20.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time position
