Job Summary

The Field Service Representative role at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions involves providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across various industries. This position is critical for ensuring optimal performance of technologies such as media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and more. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting maintenance, and performing analytical testing to meet customer needs and contract specifications.

  • Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on water treatment equipment.
  • Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site‑specific requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
  • Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
  • Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
  • Consult with customer management and operation teams.
  • Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet all customer site requirements.
Education & Experience

Required:

  • High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent with 2+ years of service/maintenance experience or equivalent in an industrial environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.

  • Compensation – Salary range tied to market for similarly benchmarked roles (guide, offers based on knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and internal equity). Offer may be lower or higher than stated range:
    30.00‑$33.00.
