Caregiver – Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Help people grow, learn, and live well.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Take the initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs, including autism.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Skills:
  
  Direct Support Professional, STNA, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, Assisted Living, Group Home, Human Services.
• Behaviors:
  Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle:
  Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (required for some positions).

• Pay: $20.19–$25.03 per hour, with daily Pay‑on‑Demand options.
• Full‑time day position with on‑demand pay options.
• Weekly and daily pay available.
